LTM SHACKLE

 

      Aquaculture LTM shackles are specially used for the connection between chains. The raw material of special steel increases the resistance to seawater corrosion and improves the tensile strength. The added ouble nuts and bolt design at the end of the shackle horizontal pin facilitate the connection, assembly and disassembly; and increase the security of the connection at the same time to avoid the horizontal pin falling off. It's suitable for permanent aquaculture mooring chain connection

SWIVEL

 

       As a part of the anchor chain, the main function of the swivel is to prevent excessive twisting of the anchor chain in the process of anchoring. The ring bolt of the swivel should be oriented towards the middle chain in order to reduce friction. The ring bolt and its body are on the same central line, and can rotate freely. It can not only transfer torque, but also alleviate the impact of wind and waves on the anchor chain. Therefore, it is an indispensable anchor chain fittings for connecting and fixing all kinds of ships, buoys, barges and other facilities.

RING

 

        Aquaculture connectiNG ring is used for conversion and connection of anchor chain from single point to multi-point. It is forged from special material as a whole which improves tensile strength and connects multiple anchor chains at the same time. It is an important equipment to realize safe mooring.

G2150 SHACKLE

 

       The G2150 shackle is integrally forged with high-performance high manganese steel, and its tensile strength is 1.5 times higher than that of ordinary shackle. Surface galvanizing treatment can improve the service life of seawater corrosion resistance. The end of the pin is equipped with a safety pin to increase the overall safety. It is widely used for the connection and matching of aquaculture mooring ropes.
