Net Cage
Liftable floating and submersible metal net cage，is composed of submersible deep-sea cage frame, metal fish net and lifting device that can be submerged in water, to form a cylindrical structur. We adopt the combination of lifting suspension cage and platform,to ensure the cage can withstand the impact of a category 12 typhoon.The characteristics of the net cage is that it can be submerged to a certain depth below the surface of the water before the advent of a strong typhoon, so as to avoid the impact of wind and waves.
HDPE, lightweight high-strength alloy materials and other new materials are adopted in the structure. Computer control, various anticorrosive, anti fouling (attachments) and anti-aging technologies greatly improve the overall structural strength and flexibility of deep-sea aquaculture net cage, double the service life of the cage, highly reduce the daily maintenance and the cost of aquaculture in unit volume, and improve economic benefits.
The cage is with stable inside enviroment，large flow space, and closer to nature; provides fish with wide space of activities, high survival rate, fast growth, less disease, and good healing ability; supplies more natural bait,reduces artificial bait; Cultured fish are close to the wild one in size and meat quality. It expands the breeding capacity, and improves the production efficiency.
