In 2019, our company signed a 5-year service project contract with American aquaculture company for supply them deep-sea aquaculture equipment. It mainly includes aquaculture operation platform, floating and submersible cage, mooring system, power and monitoring system.
In July 2017, our company successfully won the bid for Hawaii aquaculture project. It is the first time in the world to implement aquaculture in this depth, which puts forward a great test for the stability and reliability of deep-sea mooring. Relying on its technical strength and application experience in oil drilling platforms, and its advanced technology of the high polymer and high strength composite mooring line, Haosail has successfully implemented this project which is still in stable supply now.
Our company serves the Australian Port Lincoln aquaculture mooring project, providing a full set of mooring equipment, For the Australia tuna aquaculture mooring project in Port Lincoln, the project is composed of anchors, high-strength chains, floating cables and anchors to ensure the safety of mooring.The whole set of mooring products can meet the continuous service life of 5 years.It can realize the whole process from overall simulation analysis, modular design to overall assembly to meet the requirements of the use of aquaculture cage mooring.Since its application, the system has greatly promoted the development of our company's aquaculture mooring industry and contributed to the improvement of the level of aquaculture industry.
The project was a bid by the Kenyan government which includes buoys, anchor chains, anchors and sinkers, etc.The patent buoy invented by Haosail is used in the project, which is suitable for the needs of ports in Kenya. At the same time, all products of this project have passed SGS third-party testing. Haosail successfully delivered 265 tons of products finally, and received highly acknowledgment from the customer. The execution of the whole project also reflected Haosail's professional ability in product matching, technical support and quality control.
Since September 2009, we have been providing mooring projects for Hong Kong Victoria Harbour Maritime Safety Administration. According to the requirements of Hong Kong Maritime Safety Administration, mooring parts are replaced every year. We have been supplying mooring parts for 10 years continuously. The mooring system adopts high strength chain, high strength non-standard connection shackle and mooring buoy to ensure mooring safety. It can realize the whole process from integrated simulation analysis, modular design to integrated assembly for customers to meet the requirements of the use of Victoria Harbor environment. Since its application, the system has greatly promoted the development of our company's anchoring industry, and also made a contribution to the development of port anchoring industry.
